The wire rope electric hoist is equipped with high-precision, gear-driven upper and lower limit switches. When the hook reaches the preset upper or lower limit position, the limit switch automatically cuts off the power supply to the hoisting motor, preventing over-travel and protecting the hoist, wire rope, and structural components from damage.
Electronic Overload Protection
To ensure safe lifting operations, the single girder bridge crane is fitted with an advanced electronic overload protection device combined with a safety monitoring unit. This system continuously measures wire rope tension and lifting load. When the actual load exceeds the rated capacity—typically reaching 105% of the rated load—the overload protector immediately interrupts the hoisting circuit, preventing unsafe lifting and reducing the risk of mechanical failure.
