The single girder underslung crane is a special bridge crane. It is composed of main parts such as bridge frame, cart running mechanism and manual monorail trolley. Different from the traditional bridge crane, the whole of the suspended bridge crane is suspended on the lower flange of the I-beam rail.
Electric suspension cranes are mainly composed of four parts: single girder, end beam, hoist trolley and electrical control equipment.
Its structure is generally that a crane main beam is suspended under two parallel I-beam rails, and the two ends of the main beam are linked under the I-beam rail through the hanging end beams, and run electrically. It can be matched with various electric hoists according to customer needs, through the operation of the cart, and the back and forth movement of the hoist, to complete the lifting work.
Application
single girder underslung crane is a light duty overhead crane. If there are no special requirements, its lifting capacity is generally up to 10 tons, the crane span is up to 22.5m and the lifting height can reach 30 meters.
This underslung bridge crane is suitable for warehouses, workshops or maintenance equipment with limited handling capacity and limited plant height. If the workshop does not have columns to support the operation of the bridge crane, at this time, the suspended bridge crane is a more recommended choice.

The crane is generally controlled by ground wireless remote control. If it is used in flammable, explosive and corrosive media environment, the explosion-proof electric single-beam suspension crane must be used.
